Export data from PPE

Export your product information in seconds

As a PPE user, you can export relevant product information by following a few simple steps. Select the desired products and export them in a suitable format. 


Follow these steps:

Tip! For efficient export of multiple products, apply a filter and select all the listed products.

  1. Select the products you want to export.
  2. Click Export from the menu above the grid:



    The following window is presented:

  3. Enter a name for your file in the Export file name field.
  4. If relevant, select for which Context to export data from.
  5. Select whether you want to export to a XLSX or CSV format:
  6. Click Generate file to start the export.
  7. Go to Export sessions in the upper right corner to view the status of the latest export jobs, and download the relevant file:

Note: Please keep in mind that if you intend to export data to update information outside of the system, the import to PIM will need to be carried out by a user with import access and not a PPE user.
