Set key product attributes for your organization
You need to be given explicit access to configure the Product overview tab.
Managed role having this permission: PIM admin.

Overview
The Details tab has been replaced with a new Overview tab that consolidates key product information into a single, streamlined view.
Within the Overview tab, there is a dedicated section that displays up to 10 key product attributes defined at the organizational level. These attributes are visible to all users.
A different set of attributes can be configured for each product type, allowing the Overview to present the most relevant information based on the type of product.
Set key attributes
Do the following to set the key attributes for your organization:
- Select Settings | Product overview from the main navigation bar. The following page is presented:
- Click the pencil icon (Select key attributes) in the upper right corner. The following page is presented:
- Select the relevant product type on the top. Any columns already included as key attributes are presented in the right panel.
- Add/remove attributes/columns. You can select a specific attribute group and/or use the search function to find relevant attributes.
- Click Save when you are done.
The selected attributes will now be presented in the Product's Overview tab for all users in your organization.
