You can edit data from the product grid if you have the System Admin, PIM Admin or PIM write role. Please contact your system administrator to request access.

There are multiple ways of updating product information, here are some basic editing tips.
Click the Products icon to open the product grid.
Inline editing from the grid

- Hover over the status column on any product line, click the Arrow icon, then click on any status from Publish, Change to draft, Put updates on hold, or Archive to perform a status change in the grid.
- Hover over the product name, and double-click.
- Enter a new name for the product, and click the Check icon.

- Click on the <-> icon to Expand the Categories, Filters, Views panel.

- Then click on the -> <- icon to Collapse the Categories, Filters, Views panel.
- Click on the <- icon to Hide the Categories, Filters, and Views panel.

- Click on the -> icon to Open the Categories, Filters, Views panel.
Product panel
Product Panel Navigation The most flexible way of editing products is by using the product panel. When clicking on a product in the product grid, a new panel will open on the right side.
- Click on the <-> icon to Expand the Categories, Filters, Views panel.
Duplicate Products

- Click on a product, then click the More options icon 3 dots, and Duplicate.
Please note: The product number will be automatically generated on duplicated products, and a unique number needs to be added.
Archive Products
- Click on a product, hover over a product, click the Status arrow icon.
- Click on the arrow, then click Archive. Confirm Archive in the pop-up.

Please note: Archived products can be restored later.
