Resolve product issues

Identify, track down, and fix data issues to keep your product catalog accurate

 
 

View completeness information

Do the following to view which requirements that applies to a product and the current completeness score.

  1. Open the Products module.
  2. Select the relevant product to open its details panel.
  3. Go to the Product issues tab.

The following information is presented in the Completeness requirements section:

  • Completeness score
    The latest score calculation based on all requirements that apply to this product.
  • Incomplete information
    Presents a list of all information missing for the product. See the section below on how to add missing information.
  • Requirement status by category
    Shows a breakdown of fulfilled vs. applicable requirements, separating those that apply globally to all products from those tied to the product's assigned categories.
    Expand each section to view details.
  • Completeness status by product type
    Shows a breakdown of fulfilled vs. applicable requirements, separating those that apply to all product types from those tied to the product's specific type.
    Expand each section to view details.

Add missing information

Hover over the relevant entry and click the pencil icon to add the missing details. See the sections below for common examples.

Add missing attribute value

When clicking the pencil icon, a page for adding the required attribute values is presented. Add relevant values and click Save.


Add missing asset

When clicking the pencil icon, a page for adding the required asset(s) is presented. Use the Filters or Views to locate the relevant assets. Select the relevant asset(s) and click Save.


Add missing relation

When clicking the pencil icon, a page for adding missing relation(s) to other products is presented. Use the Categories, Filters or Views to locate the relevant products. The Relation dropdown is prefilled with the relation in question. Select relevant product(s) and click Save.
